GAEA came to life as a response to a speculative hyperconnected society, who lives in an overpopulated and polluted world. Its inhabitants need to isolate themselves at some point, here is when GAEA comes into play.
Humans are used to establishing a monologue with nature in which their needs, often more important than anything else, are imposed upon nature’s thoughts. GAEA focuses the attention on a relation at the same level between humans and environment.
GAEA takes the form of a natural island full of life in which people can experience this journey.During the journey you’ll find a way to connect with nature through a series of objects whose functionality only takes place interacting with the environment: using a human sense plus a natural element.
